As the Western sun rises above the canyon, Orange Canyon Films moves forward. Currently in preproduction: Baker & Dunn: A Closing Act, a feature film and backdoor pilot with a distributor already attached. In development: The Rainbow Peacock and Back to One...and Murder (both adapted from original novels), The Crown's Blood, and The Adventures of Tabatha Laine, with Corsairs Eight: When Future Ends in early development. Also under review: Small Creek (originally titled Those Johnson Girls of Johnson County), a modern-day Wyoming ensemble comedy-drama with small-town charm and larger-than-life characters. We're also reviewing a number of short and feature films from fellow filmmakers and writers, with an eye toward streaming development.
